    This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling services and requesting refunds from Webchily. We strive to provide fair and transparent policies while protecting both our clients and our business interests.

    2. Service Cancellation

    Client-Initiated Cancellation

    Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:

    • Written notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance
    • Cancellation must be requested via email to hello@webchily.design
    • All work completed up to the cancellation date will be delivered
    • Outstanding payments for completed work remain due

    Webchily-Initiated Cancellation

    We reserve the right to cancel services in cases of non-payment, breach of contract, or if the project requirements fall outside our service scope.

    3. Refund Policy

    Eligible Refunds

    Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

    • Service cancellation within 24 hours of project initiation
    • Failure to deliver services as per agreed timeline (without valid reason)
    • Significant deviation from agreed project scope by Webchily
    • Technical issues preventing service delivery

    Non-Refundable Scenarios

    Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

    • Change of mind after project commencement
    • Completed work that meets agreed specifications
    • Client-caused delays or lack of required inputs
    • Third-party service costs already incurred
    • Custom development work that has been delivered

    4. Refund Process

    To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    1. Send a written refund request to hello@webchily.design
    2. Include your project details, invoice number, and reason for refund
    3. Provide any supporting documentation
    4. Allow 5-7 business days for review and response
    5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days

    5. Partial Refunds

    In cases where work has been partially completed, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work remaining. Completed milestones and deliverables will be charged at full rate, with refunds applicable only to unstarted work phases.

    6. Payment Method

    Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. In cases where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with the client.

    7. Dispute Resolution

    If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution.

    8. Force Majeure

    In cases of force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) that prevent service delivery, we will work with clients to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds based on the circumstances.
